In 2011, I joined a running group and began a journey of a consistent, active lifestyle. In 2012,  I completed my first half marathon(I have no urgent desire to sign-up for another one just yet-lol!). I recently learned how to swim (12 months ago), and now, I can't stay out of the pool! I mean really? what took me so long? I enjoy the camaraderie of group cycling; I spin weekly, and I partcipated in my first cycling tour last year.

Once I learned to swim, I immediately added swimming to my weekly workout routine. I still workout with instructors and think this pic says either I got a cardio beat down or, maybe it was the day I was learning the breaststroke o_O
